Chat v 2.0 --- WEB Conference and Chat Software
STEX
Chat 2.0 can be used as either an instant messaging
system or as a net conferencing system within an
enterprise. It allows people within an organization
to share files/information during a conversation
while addressing the corporate need of accountability,
by allowing these conversations to be recorded on
the hard disk.
When used in conjunction with DataFlo On SQL, the
workflow management tool from STEX, recorded conversations
along with attached information objects like Office
documents, images etc. can be stored as one read-only
information object within the workflow system. This
is used very often by workflow users instead of
expensive and time-consuming Operation Throw Backs,
to clarify small doubts and then record the conversation
for posterity.
