Advisory Services - BAS
This
is the specialised services group within STEX
whose role
is to address the specific business needs of BPO
companies . BAS follows the principle of building
a collaborative long term strategic relationship
with STEX’S BPO customers with the objective of
providing advisory services as well as technology
based BPM solutions to assist BPO companies, meet
the transaction process needs of their overseas
customers.
The
spectrum of services thus results in a complete
packaged offering of process knowledge, process
management expertise, process technology,
simulation practises, solution and service
delivery.
BAS
is involved in the following stages of a
BPO operations:

Partnership
Development - Identifying application areas of
the BPO customers, analysing the process,
helping them address concerns of their
customers, highlighting benefits and value
adding to the same as well as planning for the
process simulation.

Opportunity
Development – Complete functional analysis
of the processes required with all its metrics
, showcasing benefits and deliverables,
running the process simulation, creation of
best business practices and costs modules.

Solution
Development – Creating SLA customised
solutions, running of pilot tests, tracking of
key performance parameters, process monitoring
and reporting, integration with customers
environment, process scalability , change
management capabilities, addressing customers
concerns and
the process road.

Development - Process delivery and
responsibility, movement up the value chain to
a BSP, identification of new areas of business
in the customer’s domain, improvements in
existing transaction processes, change
management and cost reductions.
